I was investigating whether to do business with this firm as they have negative reviews posted here.
To my amazement I found out that (TIGTA) Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration is investigating them for submitting approximately 300 forged Power of Attorney forms to the IRS.
They certainly will not get my business, and I want others to know about this before it is too late and lose their money to a company like this.

Instant Tax Solutions is in no way, shape or form facing any investigation for criminal charges nor have they ever in the past.
The principals of our business are based on solid moral standards and ethical values. People must sincerely seek to be sure accusations are true as sometimes people spread stories to hurt reputations.
