Insurancequotes.com is part of a larger company or has many sister companies all owned by the same organization.  Allwebleads.com and insuranceleads.com are a couple named sites that advertise as if they are separate companies but all are under the same umbrella.   They all falsely advertise incredible quality of leads as if they are the answer to every agents nightmare of bad lead companies and the best solution for agents in their needs for clients.

They lead you to believe that they have different levels of qualities of leads coming in calling some Premier leads and those supposed to be even better are the Qualified leads... described as WE VERIFY CONTACT INFO, QUOTE TYPE AND QUALIFY PURCHASE INTENT.  Yet I received disconnected numbers, wrong numbers, and reached individuals that said they already have health insurance and never requested any quotes.

I let them know that I was looking for new leads / real time leads that were just filling out the forms and was being submitted.   I called the leads immediately as they were sent to me, but come to find out they were sending day old leads, 12 hour old leads 6 hour old leads.  The ones that I could reach immediated said they had already purchased insurance yesterday or that morning or earlier that day.

I called to complain that I was receiving old leads and that it does me no good to buy leads that old since if there intent was to buy they would have done it already.  The sales guy said he would fix the problem.    Turned the leads back on and continued receiving old leads.

When I got customer service the next day The manager explained there are no real time leads and that it is standard practice to send out 12hour old leads because they want to make sure that you have volume of leads coming in.  This woman insisted it was a good thing to have good volume of leads coming to you the agent.  The best they could do on leads is an hour or less, and they suggest to try the live transfer, since these leads go through a series of questions qualifying them before they live transfer them to you, at a much pricier cost.    The live transfer leads were of just as poor quality, as if they had never been screened for more than the question, would it be ok to transfer you to an agent.

They sent me leads that were not even  looking for health insurance.  Some were just calling to complain about obamacare, some to question what was trump going to do to obamacare, and others wanting 0$ cost dental plans.

The management instead of helping resolve the issues, only tried to talk over me, telling me I should have done something different and paid more money to have more questions asked that should have weeded out the bad leads.

The managers would not cooperate in providing refund for many of the leads that were obviously leads that should never have been sent or charged me for... UNTIL I told them that I wanted the account refunded and then closed and If they did not I would take my complaint and proof to the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU, and to my credit card company.  The woman continued to argue and I had to tell her since she was not going to help I was going to hang up and start my complaint.

10 minutes later my account was closed and refunded.   I send this rip off report to warn you.   Quality is not on the agenda for this company.  They want to bill you for a lot of day old junk leads but lead you to believe these are the best leads you can find on the internet.  Dont fall for the false advertising concerning quality.  I may have got my money back but not without a battle and a lot of stress.
