integrated card services deceptive practice and intentional overcharging 0 customer service Agoura Hills, California
We signed up with this company to handled our credit card service.
They told us (after looking at our last statement),that they would would be cheaper than the company we currently had.
We were quite surprised when our Bill nearly tripled.
Our salesman refused to contact us the risk department yelled at us in the amount of time we were placed on hold was intolerable. They don't call you back and they don't read their faxes. But when you send them an e-mail about what other people are saying about their company they respond within hours. And in their defense "I would send you the BBB rating for (our company )However there is none. So concerned with BBB ratings that you didn't register your own business with the BBB."
In our contract we had a average ticket amount of $2500 and a high ticket amount of $0 but in reality according to the risk department the $2500 average ticket wasn't an average ticket amount at all, but a hi dollar limited ticket amount. So they shut down our account and held the money when our ticket was over $2500.
When we contacted the risk department a gentleman named Steve told me I had already talked to his manager and that quote"I wasn't going to get anywhere with him" then he proceeded to tell me that the $2500 average ticket or (high dollar ticket limit) was only good for one customer once a month.
When we heard this we decided we would cancel their service with us. after all we had only been with them for 2 months.
We tried contacting our sales from and no response for days.
When we finally talked to somebody ( and it was not our salesman ), they said they would send over a cancellation form and informed us that there would be a $350 charge.
What a fiasco... Please spare yourself do not do business with this company integrated card service.
