94 f 150 truck had diagnosed transmission issues. james quotet me 779 dollars over the phone,trusting ,-i than took the truck over there, after 5 hours the call came, and he said the entire transmission was bad,needet rebuilt. the price trippelt to 1700. he never showed reciepts as to if the parts he claimed to have bought went in the truck. he wouldn  t let me pay in 2 installments without holding the truck ransome.
we paid 1700 in cash and he gave a 12000 mile warranty, the average shop ,-after paying that amount will do 25 000 miles.
2 weeks later the truck stalled on the highway. i called him and asked for proof of the parts  that allegedly rebuilt this transmission and he said he did not have proof, and didn t have to show it to me.
he wantet me to take the truck to his shop, and doesnt understand that people cant live their lives around his lies, and shop, or afford to stall out on highways 2 weeks after paying 1700 for an alleged repair. he is coniving and not a decent mechanic. he can get me killed, thats how coniving his repairs are. he did not rebuilt the transmission the right way.  i would never recomend him. so far i have spent 600 on rental cars.
