integrity propert management Integrity real estate & property management 20 day vacate for their renovations, after living on the property for 2.5 years, puyallup Washington

 Lived in a home in pierce county for 2.5 years. Property was sold without notice to integrity.. No communication, save a letter that came July 11 2016, advising that the next day, integrity would be the new owners/management. They also came that day to do another walk through ,( extremely inconvenient), and no thought to current tenants. We requested for information more than once on how to pay rent, on one occasion we were told, that can wait, on the second occassion, we were told we would receive online access information in the mail. We waited. Received an envelope august 1, advising that as of September 1, we would now be on a month to month with integrity, and the hoped we would stay. After further review of our new contract, in which we did not sign, and which, there was a 200 increase, with no notice. I addressed our concerns, 1. The no pet issue. We had 3, all serice dogs. The new owner had seen our dogs, and knew before purchasing, meaning sam narlock new without any doubt, after he had indicated our happiness with the changes he was going to make, knew, he was going to provide the 20 day notice. If he had integrity, he would have said, if we buy we do not allow terriors. After receiving this dog bias lease, to me and my husband's surprise, and dismay, I began emailing. Calling, to address the issues. Silence, than a 3 day pa notice, keep in mind we still have not received the promised communication on how to pay, and the notice was coupled with the 20 day vacate, you know the rude, just in case you can pay, still get the hell out kind of notice......and on top of everythinf, they had their information wrong, and still do. So being that my husband and I are scrambling right before the beginning of school to find suitable accomodations for our family, when a simple 90 day courtesy letter could have been issued, leads me to believe this company has no ontegriry, but a trait of greed,and bias. On their card and advertisement they use this proud nations colors of red white and blue, but they do not represent freedom, but another form of bondagz. They aid in the atrocities of homelessness, and breed bias, they are truly a rip off for the American peoplz. Change your colors, change your name. Freedom, and housing for all no matter what the culture or breed. We are entitled to a fair shot at life. God help us.
