Integrity Signs of Oregon Issue #1: We inquired about a sign with an electric reader board and were told all features we could do with the sign. They never told us that we could not use any of the features besides one, because we are on the highway. We found out after we already had the sign installed and got a letter for ODOT. Had we been notified of the restrictions we would have saved thousands of dollars by choosing another option. Issue #2: We requested the sign to be the same color as our Office Building. Gave them samples as well as several large pieces of sheet metal to be used on our sign. They came out to install the sign, never bothered to confirm the color prior to the installation. Once it was done and we went out to look at the sign we noticed it was not the right color. Notified the owners Dave and Jaylene of our concerns and was told the sign looks good to them. With $40,000+ in their pocket of course it looks good to them. We are very disappointed in this company and their lack of ethics. Hubbard Oregon

Our business will never use them again for anything. We would rather pay extra to have a company come down from Portland.
