Logged onto site to check out a phone number that repeatedly calls me. I was willing to pay the $4.99 fee but when the page loads I was duped into hitting a button that I thought had to be hit to see the information that I was seeking. The next thing I know is that I was charged the $4.99 PLUS a PREMIER MEMBERSHIP FEE that I have no need for but when I went to cancel the site explained that there would be future charges. I checked my CC account and found the charge for both fees. BEWARE, if you deal with this site. I don't end up paying for things that you did not plan on. I will update this to let everyone know if there ends up being more charges to my card in the future.

Surprise refund

To my surprise Intellius sent an e mail telling me that the charge for Premier Membership would be refunded. I would hope that they would avoid this type of mistake by setting up the page so people would not hit the wrong button. I do take some responsibility because I was not reading everything before I "clicked". I was also happy to see the rebuttal from them. It at least shows that they do care about their reputation.
