This Complainer Is The Scammer

AUTHOR: Bill - (United States of America)

POSTED: Thursday, June 28, 2012

This individual, Scott Grady, attempted to scam us. He ordered our materials, downloaded everything to his computer and immediately requested a refund (we can provide copies of all his emails).  We politely  asked "What seems to be the problem?"  He responded with, "I did not order this program and want a refund." Note that his complaint seems to indicate he DID order it. Also, if he did not order it, how did he know immediately that he was charged for it? The charge takes time to hit his bank and show up. He attempted a chargeback but the credit card company found that he did, indeed, place the order and refused his chargeback. We emailed him, "If you will swear that no one in your household placed this order, or downloaded the materials, and if you return the package unopened, we will issue a credit upon its return." He refused the offer, and refused to return the package. This individual wanted to get our materials and software for free, and found he could not. Hence, his bogus "sour grapes" complaint. Most complaints at Ripoffreport are just that - bogus "sour grapes". If a person has a legitimate complaint, why is it not being made at a legitimate consumer site that VETS complaints for validity, like the BBB?
