Signed up with intelliflix because they offered games in addition to movies, a big plus in a household with a teen. Paid for 1 year to get the discount for the 3 out at a time plan. Ordered 2 movies + 1 game for first time out, 10-15 days later a movie showed up. Watched the movie, sent it back, another 10-15 days later another movie showed up, it was broken, shipped it back. After 3+ months they failed to ship even one game from a list of 30+ games, said all the games on the list were in high demand. We were able to get about 4-5 movies total between the 3 of us. On June 2007 they discontinued the games but we were "grand-fathered" I contacted the support several times about how we were not able to search for games under son's profile post June and how the games were not shipping, responses were horrible and took 1-3 days. When I asked the account to be closed they offered to extend the membership for another 2 weeks. I declined then the said that my account would close at the end of my subscription date (May 2008). They failed to provide the service/product in the time frame advertised (1-3 days), they failed to ship out any games and the support service is horrible and of the few movies that we received they skipped horribly.

A majority of the items in your queue are high demand (new and/or unique) games.We understand the problem that your facing by not having your requested game in time, we always strive to serve up to your satisfaction, but things some time is not in our control, the game you requested are either high in demand or the dealers have no copies, it just depends on the availability of the particular game, some times the dealers have very few copies which are already out. So we suggest you to go for the next new release until this title are out. We will make sure that you will receive titles in timely manner.Let us know if you have any other questions.

My son is not able to search for games under his profile, we are under the grandfather plan. This is also one reason why we moved to intelliflix. He has not had a game ship in 2 months and 3 days. 1. How does he add games to his que now that the games have been eliminated? How can we find a status of backlogs for the games he has in his que?

Intelflx we started this subscription because of the movies/games. It has been over 2 months and not 1 game has shipped to my son's. It would have made sense to ship out any game on his list or at least show a status that might be in inventory. Now, he is not able to search for games under his profile. The support is not responsive and the shipping times are horrible even for movies 10+ days. We are not getting what we paid for, we wish to cancel our account and demand a full refund of $191.16.
