so i begin to speak with her and she ask me questions and she seemed legit. she told me it would be $350 for 1 pup or for both $450, and an extra $50 for door step delievery. so i said no problem. she said they were current on shots, and they were 11 weeks old all she would need is my info
so i sent that through email and she said she was on the way to take them to the shipping company and they would call me to get the payment. so after she dropped them off she emailed back and said they should be calling me shortly. in the meantime i ask her for there website address and she gave it to me and i researched them and seemed legit.
so they call and tell me its $500 dollars and it needed to be western union. so they sent me the info and i went and sent the $500 and they called me back it had been recieved and we were on go. my puppies would board plane at 4am and arrive at 9am.
so the next day i wake up at 7:30am to an email that the was an issue that the puupies needed to have pet insurance which would be $1200 that was 100% refundable that email came through at 4:13am which my puppies she have been in route to SC.
I called the place and spoke with the agent and he told me that he checked there paperwork 1 hour before boarding the plane and realized there insurance had expired. i begin to tell him he told me nothing about this on yesterday on the several times i spoke with him.
i also told him that it says nothing about pet insurance on your website he stated that the website was beening upgraded. i told him that the website says nothing about upgrades either. so i contacted the lady by email and she said she knew the insurance had expired but she thought i could pay for that when they got here.
i told her she told me nothing about the pet insurance. she said i can pay $700 dollars of the $1200 dollars if you can pay $500 i said ok. well she contacted me stating that she had paid the money i proceed to go pay my part and get to the western union and tell myself not to do it.
in the meantime she is sending me emails wanting to know if i am done. then the shipping company called and ask if i had paid my $500 i said know and the agent kept saying maddem its refundable. the lady i was getting the puppies from said that they were going to refund her $700 dollars. so i emailed the company to see if I could get my $500 dollars back.
the agent said not that they had already purchased the plane ticket. i then said they never boarded plane, and the company never emailed me back. so i have lost $500 dollars.
