Interface talent Pressured to do photo shoot day after signed agreement by pushy salesman East Brunswick New Jersey

We were approached by two young girls who were fashion scouts at a mall who told us that our kids were promising models. We received a phone call the same day asking us to make an appointment to be interviewed by Interface. We arrived at the appointment the day after and the salesman made his pitch telling us that they worked with over 200 agencies and that two of our girls were very promising and that he wanted to schedule a shoot right away, the next day. We thought this was rather pushy but  decided with reservation to go ahead. They authorized a charge for $2400.00 for the two shoots to be done at the same time. My wife and I very suspicious leaving the building and went on the internet to see if there were any complaints against them and low and behold we found lots. The salesman did not explain any of the details of the contract and I felt rushed to sign the paperwork.  I read the contract at home and they state that they need to receive a request for a refund by certified mail, return receipt within three days of the execution of the agreement, something that is not possible given the shoot was scheduled the day we signed after shoot.  I will ask for a refund tomorrow and they will most probably deny it. I will update this complaint after tomorrow.
