We are still awaiting our refund, it has been two months now.
It shows in their policy it takes a month, we are very dissapointed.
I was scouted in a mall (Boca Town Center), I attended the interview and booked a photo shoot.
We thought it was not right we were forced to do a photo shoot with the company and pay a few thousand when we could go to a different photographer for a fifth of the price, actually less.
We followed the steps to receive our refund back as said in the policy, we have proof. It was said that it could take a month, it's been past that now.
We have called them various times and been put through to the same person, we keep getting told they will call us back. This has happened three times now and we continue to call back and the exact same keeps being said.
I just wish they could keep us informed and not purely ignore us, I wouldn't recommend joining them what so ever.
