I signed a Professional Service Agreement with interFace for my daughter on 2/14/14; however, I decided to cancel the agreement the next day. I followed the company's cancelation policy with a written letter postmarked within three days, and mailed the letter as requested on the agreement via certified mail return receipt request. I have not received the refund of my deposit in the amount of $595.00 as to date. I called many times to inquire about the refund, only to be informed the check is being processed and I should receive it in the mail in 7 to 10 business days. It has been over 2 months and I am tired with this company. I filed a complaint with BBB of New Jersey.
My advise is not to do business with this company. They are looking for money not talent.
