I ordered magazines and paid that account in full. They say I reordered the magazines. They also said that they were billing a debit card, I didn't have one at that time.

I asked to listen to the tape that was supposivly recorded but they would not allow this. Only the employee could do so. They could not send me anything that would prove that I ordered the magazines.

They are still saying I owe money for the magazines I did not want. My mother and aunt are witness that I did not order the magazines. they were present when the company called.
