I'm very disappointed with this company because of the lack of communication and bad customer service from Jason Franklin in the billing department. There were two charges on my credit card that I did not approve of and spoke with the billing department October 1, 2014. It was said to me that I will get credited back within 30 days. I wanted to make sure that this would happen. So on October 16, I left a message with Jason in the billing department asking for some response back confirming I will be receiving this credit by the end of the month. No response. I called again on October 21 and left another message asking for some response letting me know if credit is in transaction and on time or if I will have to wait longer for it. No response. On October 28 I spoke with Elizabeth Johnson in the editorial department about my bio and told her about my concern with Jason and the lack of communication with him about my credit. She said she will give him the note and then she quickly responded with having someone send a copy of my bio so I can update it. Even after that conversation, I still had no response from Jason. 

I am not the type of person that will complain about a company on the internet. But this lack of communication from the billing department and still not receiving my credit is unacceptable and bad customer service. I expect a faster response to this complaint since it's been 30 days since my first phone call to the billing department. I was promised to be credited back $599.80 by November 1st, 2014, the date has passed.

I've called customer service to find Jason's supervisor so I can have all of this taken care of. I have not yet heard from anyone with another name or a solution to my issue. I see that the CEO, Joseph Nunziato, is responding to the rip off complaints on this website, so I am going to try an reach out to someone in the company this way in hopes I will get a response back as to when I will be receiving credit back on my card.  

Joseph, with the passion you have in your letters to people calling your company a scam, I hope you respond to my concern with such eagerness and hold up the integrity you fight for with the companies reputation. Please realize that I am not saying you're scamming me, I just want you to know the lack of customer service in the billing department has effected your companies reputation. 

All I'm asking for is to be credited back what was promised and an exact date that this will happen by. Thank you for your time and consideration to this issue.
