ICM websites - Internet cash machine looked like a legitimate website, however it was a bait and switch. They say they will charge you only $2.97 for a way to work from home, however they do not tell you until AFTER you pay that you are now signed up to have a charge of $139.95 charged to your credit card (which they did immediately) in 3 days, and also they will charge you $4.95 per month for hosting fees. Also when you try to check out the 3 day free trial you can not get past step #2 on the profile without purchasing a $39.95 merchant account from them. SO without that purchase there is no information for you to really see what this is all about. I called for a cancellation and a refund of my $2.97 which never did it show this is a non-refundable fee. The "supervisor" I spent a half hour on the phone with Ben Sanchez (if thats even his real name) would not disclose the address but said they were located in Tampa, Florida and the name of their company was Internet Cash Machine Corp. I went to www.sunbiz.org (Secretary of state) to check out if that corporation even exists in Florida which is did not. He had no answers to that. I asked if he was aware of the FTC guidelines on affiliate marketing to place disclosures on the websites that drew me to his website and he was not familiar. This is a deceptive practice and I urge everyone to file complaints with the Federal Trade Commission if you have been effected. www.ftc.gov - I was told no matter what I could not get my $2.97 back that it is non-refundable and I asked to see where it is written. I was told it was in the terms & conditions. I went there with the supervisor on the phone and no where does it mention that it is non-refundable. The supervisor told me the terms are subject to change, but could not show me anywhere it shows it in writing that would give me the ability to make that decision. He then hung up on me after a half hour on the phone trying to get answers and my money back. I will be filing a complaint with the FTC and I hope as many consumers will read this to make sure this will not happen to them as well. Buyer Beware - ICM websites - Internet Cash Machine is a scam.

Author of this post still has NO refund !

AUTHOR: Eric S - (Virgin Islands (US))

POSTED: Sunday, May 02, 2010

As to the previous post, I am the author of this thread and have not received a refund of my $2.97, and also my card within a half hour of signing up had a transaction pending for $139.00. This company is a scam and they use the same reply for every complaint to make it look like they sent a refund. This company is a scam and needs to be stopped. File complaints with the Federal Trade Commission.

If they want to help so bad why don't you give us a direct number and a designated person who will handle our refunds?

more lies!

Customers who provide enough information are refunded?

My original report# 598369 gave more than enough information to reverse the charges on the credit card. The reason I commented on this report? The original was well written. It was the "customer Reeves was refunded" posted on all kinds of reports from different places that was realy stupid. It shows that the response is B.S. I hope customer "Reeves" was refunded funny how they are from all over the country?

Then it acts like I was found and refunded. My original report has no response from the Internet Cash (Stealing) Machine. No credit yet on my card. (that I now check everyday) I'm not checking it for a refund, but I want to make sure that the Cash Stealing Machine doesn't strike again!

Original author? Did you get a refund?

In order to sign up for the Internet Cash Machine program, the customer MUST go thru the following steps.

1.     Client reaches Internet Cash Machine offer site through different
        internet advertisements.

2.     Client is directed to a sales landing page to enter preliminary
