 I subscribe to this company for a devise ,thus gaining access to the internet by purchasing mb.I have since then canceled an online automated bank account ,since closing account I've notice several service issues . No service it went on for two days, all efforts to contact a company personnel proves a failure when contact was made ,i was informed that with a system failure any efforts by a consumer to investigate using their devise,

Would obviously utilize all available mb ,i had just purchase my service card at Walmart.so I demanded a refund emails was sent to notify me of my concern and the company investigation After days i had to call to be aware of service before using my devise a wise fool do not make similar mistake twice ,finally an email was sent stating my sole responsibility of usage and no refund Next stop is t mobile thank you for reporting.
