ok first of all i bought this software in hope of learning and understanding of the weather patterens.during the last few months the evan bookbinder the admis of the software has been giving me alot of crap how many time he has to reset the codes it is unlimited use but he only allows so many per reset which i understand to permit fraud or what not.my lastest attempt was the last straw i ask him again if he would reset the codes for me i get no reply went on his forum moreless called him out.of course he banned me but i knew that he would anyway,my point is simple i paid alot of good money for the radar to be getting a bunch of hs from him ,it got to a point where he ask if i would be willing to pay for code resets .i would like for someone to look into this matter i ask for a refund since he's being a jerk about it. ty..

I have used this product since 1999 and I have never had an issue. Every time I needed a reset (about 3 times) it was done within 24 hours. The product works as advertised and now, the product has a feature where you can put it on as many computers as you want and it works to log you in and off the server automatically. There are no more resets of the license. It allows you to run it up to the available license limit. Overall a 5 star product.
