I called the front desk to report the security lock did not work. I was told someone would come to repair it. No one did. I called a second time a few days later and was told the same thing. No one came. I called three more days later and was told someone had come by to check on it and it could not be repaired because a "part was needed" and they were waiting on it. That was a bold-faced lie as I had been in the room the entire time and no one ever came to even look at the door.

I also mentioned that a large amount of cold air blowing through a huge hole at the bottom of the door where the weather stripping had been badly torn. I was told that would be repaired when the part for the lock came.

Two days before I was to check out, a maintenance person came with nothing more than a file and proceeded to work on the door until the door locked. However, he refused to repair the stripping. He said management wouldn't allow him to repair it and, though he could clearly see the gaping hole where a large amount of light and the cold December air forced its way inside, it was alright. He told me to just use all the utilities I wanted.

There were other issues with broken and damaged items but it was clear management/workers absolutely did not care. Even their website would not allow me to renew for the next week. My two-week stay was necessary while I waited for my apartment, but I hated spending money at that place. They JUST DON'T CARE about anything except getting their money--and for the service, the price is too high anyway.
