Installation of interlock device (February 17 2016)              This is my accurate account of what happened.......        I leased a interlock device from company called intoxalock based out of des moines, iowa.......                  the courts in my county ordered device to be installed on a 2003 chevy trailblazer.. (alcohol monitor device)      I went to a place called auto doctor which did the installation .. Device was installed by man named hank.   He informed me he has done more than just a few..       But before the installation their was problem with tracking the box containing intoxalock..#1 misplaced on ups truck.....                                                                         Next issue, device was not easy to use even with help of installer.. Had to wait up to 15 minutes due to not exhaling/inhaling possibly... But then finally truck started after 2 attempts (initial)...                                    Drove chevy truck home where the device did a rolling breath test which triggered it to honk horn for few minutes...  very strange? Vehicle had to do rolling retests 3 separate times on way home with problem blowing into device...    I called the company which they have a not easy navigating their phone calls which they put me in touch with troubleshooting technical problems... I was so frustrated with device's performance that at this point would like to not even drive it because of interlock device being so difficult...  The breath counts/beeping is not user friendly, and now very unhapppy about getting them as company doing business with...  I plan on filing a complaint against this company due to their business practices bbb         I do know every state has its requirements for device but it should be far easier to operate even for a man like myself..... My idea intoxalock should accept the return of said device. Credit me with the install fee, have device returned/ close out my account...
