They hired a lot of agency staff and the other way they r cutting regular staff for years.
They cut my job for financial reason on December 2011 and on January 2013, one year later they hired for the same job.
They cutting regular staff while there is still a lot of manpower all over the centre.
What s the problem ?
The day that 8 people where out, next day new job came in like they didn t know it.
I work for 15 years and have excellent reputation and efficiency. I lost everything all may experience.
Intria has a very bad management and HR are very not efficient. They read the reason of your cut with a big smile on there face, what a non professionalism.
And the PSTE program is bullshit. Its a 3 month non support program to help you find a new job inside Intria and CIBC. Its just a illusion that they care for you.
By now, i m very very happy to not work there anymore.
