After we received our patent for LOVE HUGS a simulated hug. We began getting letters from company's wanting to help us license our product. We decided to go with Steve Barbarich owner of Inventors Publishing and Research company.

This was a huge mistake. Steve Barbarich and his entire organization are nothing more than liars and thieves. After they coned us and more or less stole my life savings of $20,000.00 they did absolutely nothing. Stating with the special bonus we were promised. The M.P.E.P.(Manual of Patent Examining Procedure) sold by the government for $100.00 a D0-It-Yourself patent lawyer kit.

We never even received that for our $20,000.00 Just a lot of rhetoric with No results. I have a phone conversation on tape when they thought they had hung up the phone. Lots of laughter as one person is telling the other that my project just sat on her desk for the past year because she didn't know what to do with it. The other said when does his contract expire, because no use doing to much if it's almost over. More laughter.

They had called me to introduce me to a specialist in novelty gifts. On tape this suppose to be specialist in my field (novelty gifts)told the other person that her specialty was office supplies. Once again they both start laughing. This is the type of people your dealing with at IP&R. No compassion for there fellow man. Unscrupulous thieves specializing in taking your money and breaking you heart.

INVENTORS PUBLISHING & RESEARCH ---A CLEAR PATERN OF DECEIT

AUTHOR: Jerry - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Thursday, April 12, 2007

After reading the other complaints against IP&R at rip-off.com. The clear pattern of deceit is obvious. Everything the others experienced, I too went through with IP&R. They did not live up to there end of the agreement by any means. We showed our good faith by paying them. They showed there's by doing nothing.

They showed me personally from the beginning that they were not to be trusted. In October of 2004 several months before I actually signed on with IP&R. I had sent them a check for $189.00 for there research package. After several months went by I contacted them about the package, and my check. They said they had never received it. Since it had not been cashed I thought it was possibly lost in the mail.

I signed up with IP&R in June 2005 and gave them $19,500.00. Approximately six weeks later my $189.00 check dated Oct. 2004 shows up at my bank cashed by IP&R. I couldn't beleive it. They had the check all along. When I questioned them as to how could this of happened. They said it was all a terrible mistake. That somehow the accounting department had held the check thinking it was a partial payment or something like that. Just an honest mistake they said.

"Now that's funny"
