LIL Too Old for these USED car sales man tactics or even NEW car salesman tactics ! YES You see i was a car salesman way back late 70's till 1980. SO i already have my idea prototype and using a well known company named Quirky to submit it for only 10$ per month.
I tried this SAI>COM and was told directly at first NO money was needed upfront from me.
SO waht happens on 3rd phone call from Colby Hooper. I need to Pay $948 for patent search.
SO i got the trap set and asked what happens if they find my idea alaredy patented I'm out $948 right?He comes back WE do not stop there WE want YOU to make money because thats how we make money earning 10% of royalities etc...
Wait Wait theres more another $3000 is needed from investors !
HUH? I thought they did it all for YOU ! NOPE i asked that question and he said we just guide YOU through the process !
Truly a con game going on there ONCE they take your MONEY considered it lost !
Stay away from this one another One that good is davidson but getting called back from them sent up red flag to me IF i aint getting answers fast I DO not want to do business with YOU. BUT they have proven sucess and the people live reciving thier 1st royalty checks !

I have been dealing with Inventsai for 1 year and 4 months now. I too paid the $948.00 for my patent search and in return i received my portfolio for my idea, because that is what it is just an idea...The next phase was my contract for all the services they will be doing for me..I paid the fees and now i am patent pending. Oh wait did i mention that the only thing i had to do was to approve of things i did absolutely nothing, they have done all the work for me. About the 10% i am more than happy to give them that considering they DID all the work for me. I am just waiting for my receipt from the USPTO in 4-6 weeks. How wonderful..So in my opinion they are in fact a legit invention company that does everything under one roof. Oh and by the way a fellow co worker of mine also went through Inventsai and got an offer from Johnson and Johnson. I would gladly recommend Inventsai to any person or persons wanting to invent something.

This individuals main complaint seems to be simply that we charge money for our patent, engineering and marketing services. There is no company that will patent, engineer and market an unproven idea for an invention for free.
The first concern stated by this individual is that no money is needed upfront:
Everybody is offered patenting, engineering and marketing tips along with an eBook and Free Invention Review for $0.
The next complaint is that we charge money for a patent search:
If a review comes back positive, an inventor can choose (at no obligation) our research services that are provided in writing which may include:
1. A patent search and opinion of patentability from a licensed patent
attorney/ agent
2. A graphic artists rendering of their invention
3. A technical description of their invention
4. A Professional Engineers Feasibility Analysis of their invention
5. A Marketing Overview of their invention
This is far more than just a patent search. We provide different types of Research with different costs depending on the invention and how well the invention has been developed.
The next complaint is that after the report is complete, more money may be required:
We offer fixed-price packages that combine legal, engineering and marketing together to save inventors money. The pricing of the next level of services is dependent on the results of the research. The services could be as low as $3,000 but may be more depending on the services that an inventor selects.
Choosing a site like Quirky has advantages and disadvantages depending on the goal of the inventor. All inventors should review them carefully before signing on because the inventor is likely to lose their exclusive rights to their invention the moment that it is submitted.
