I hired this company Investor friendly property management to management my property at 16710 Partridge Place Drive, Ft Myers FL 33908. The relationship was difficult because this company never returned calls, returned emails or followed through.

This company was to rent my apartment out for 1,000 a month and accidentally rented for 900.00, which gave me less income and caused a lot of tension with the tenant. When they rented the apartment out for $900.00 a month they charged me $700.00 to make repairs to the condo which never happened.

Each month the tenant and the homeowners association would come to me and ask when repairs were going to be done. Finally after 7 months of asking I released this company and asked for a refund of security deposit and for the $700.00. They agreed.

The security deposit was $900 and the repair refund was $700 for a total of $1,600. They then sent a check that never came. They said was lost in the mail, they re-sent check and it was for $810 which wasn't even covering the $900.00 security deposit refund.

I hired a new company that went in and made the repairs, I have all documentation and pictures from the new company showing that they made the repairs and that investor friendly property management did not. The owner of the company Shelley Hughes gave me her word and broke it over and over and over again.

I simply asked for my $700.00 + 90.00 security in refund and provided all documentation and I have never heard from Shelley again.

I would like to file a complaint and get my $700.00 + $90.00 for a total of $790.00
