iowa steaks cover charged me akron, Ohio

they came door to door selling steaks, well after writing a check for 208 dollars I had second thoughts because I had forgotten i had a big bill to pay and would not be able to cover the check so the very next day i cancelled my order and now they are telling me that i have to pay 25.00 for the pick up and i did try 1 of the steaks which im willing to pay for but they said that i have but the box, okey but they are charging me for 8 when there were only 6 in the box and they are charging me 35.00 for the box, also the reciept says if you cancel within 3 days no penalty will be charged. So why do i have to pay for the pick up and the box of steaks, also there is a box marked with items i never got bone in strips.
