iPage Do Not deal with these people they will hold you hostage and they don't care about your bussiness Internet

There web hosting is very cheap. There alternate source of revenue is to let your web site expire while claiming that they sent you notices (Lies) they put your website in "redemption" and then force you to pay hundreds of dollars to get it back. To be perfectly clear Your web site goes down all of your emails stop working if you have an online store that stops working. NO Notice at all your customers start phoning you because Ipage’s total incompetence has mad you look stupid.

Ok pay the money call it a day move on ..NO you cannot spend less than 1 Hr on hold (Can Not) nothing they do takes less than 48 Hrs. We have now been down for a week and these people couldn't care less about lost revenue business interruption lost credibility.

Totally disgusting how complacent these people are

Advice for all companies out there do not let your web hosting service provider be your “Domain registrant” you are keeping all your eggs in one basket if you do.

Do not deal with ipage they don’t care about you or your company. Even after they admitted fault and agreed that we had done nothing wrong and did not have to pay the completely stupid fee we were still down for another two days.

Do your homework and choose carefully trust me these guys won’t be on your short list complaints about them here and on other sites has reached epidemic status
