They out source all there departments and literally the same 3 people answer the phone for the past few months and ironically the people who you are suppose to reach are never in the office so you are forced to leave a voicemail that will go unanswered. They have thousands of dollars that belong to our company and our customers, the money is being held without justification nor a call back. We were promised over and over the funds will be released and now after making a complaint they terminated our account without reason and they still have our funds.
