I purchased green tea SENCHA smelled like old socks

Miwa OZAKI company representative said no return

I purchased lousy tasting sencha green tea from this online tea company in Japan. The tea smelled like old socks. Miwa OZAKI said company would not accept return. I thought the customer service was lousy.
