Unlocked Cell Phones - Black [ASIN: B015SHFQ26] and was delivered on Monday, February 8, 2016 and Signed by J WHITEHEAD since I work far away from the city of residence as a computer instructor for a government facility. Upon my return on Friday, February 12, 2016, On that late evening, I contracted a wireless telephone carrier to activate the iRULU Victory 3 V3 4G LTE Smartphone,16GB Unlocked Cell Phones - Black [ASIN: B015SHFQ26], but to not avail. The product just briefly flickered with some picture taken in 2014 of another older flip-up phone, and thereafter the screen when black and even is not visible to the eye, it shows cracks on the screen and will no function. On Friday, February 12, 2016 I forwarded you a notice that the iRULU Victory 3 V3 4G LTE Smartphone,16GB Unlocked Cell Phones - Black [ASIN: B015SHFQ26] was damaged and defective, same day that you reply to Amazon “Hello, thank you for contacting us. “I am sorry about this problem. Could you please further explain what is wrong? I will need to know the details in order to help you”. Both on Tuesday, February 16 2016 and Wednesday, February 17, 2016 you reply the same verse “I am sorry about this problem. Could you please further explain what is wrong? I will need to know the details in order to help you”, avoiding and reply to my complaint for a replacement of the defective unit, not a reimbursement. Please provide me with a return shipping label and a new working unit since I placed my order for a new iRULU Victory 3 V3 4G LTE Smartphone,16GB Unlocked Cell Phones - Black [ASIN: B015SHFQ26], not a used or damage one. Please replace the damaged unit and expedite its shipping as a courtesy for my wasted time and my additional personal cost for the wireless carrier to reactivate the new replacement iRULU Victory 3 V3 4G LTE Smartphone,16GB Unlocked Cell Phones - Black [ASIN: B015SHFQ26], if that is your honorable intentions, otherwise I will be forced to file an A to Z claim with Amazon to assist me with a resolution to his issue. Thank you for your prompt response. Please do not procrastinate in the resolution of this small issue. Just replace the iRULU Victory 3 V3 4G LTE Smartphone,16GB Unlocked Cell Phones - Black [ASIN: B015SHFQ26] (New). I do not request nor want a refund in this item, just a replacement for it. Thank you for your prompt response. No Information Provided
