irving convention center(SMG),IRVING TEXAS twisted company thought word and deeds irving Texas

HMM WERE TO START .. was trapped in elevator 1 hr no working alarms systems had 2 call friends to tell security,was trapped in elevator. worked there a whole year before time clock installed..(hmm wat about federal Law)chef alvarez  and entire kitchen staf (excexpt 4 a few concientios people) prepair food and dont use gloves. ive never seen them wash thier hands.over a 2 year period.over 2 yars only seen maybe 10 people hired that were not hispanic. The head chef is having an affair with one of his souz chefs and all the management all the way to tom(head manager) knows it.

ex hr manager ashida mentioned to chef alvarez we need to hire more deversity and she was ran off.ran the stewarding dept for 12/14 months, promoted 2 lead steward in may or june 2012 was running it (steward dept) since jan of 2012, they didnt give me my raise till november 2012 (wheres is my 5/6 months back pay).was overlooked for promotion to executive steward, cause tom and chef alvarez wanted thier friend pedro( a spanish person ) to have the job this is just the nut shell; of the situation have many ex employees who complained phone numbers ect some in the management! who will back up what im saying plus there own horror stories   ANY LAWERS OUT THERE that wana helped SMG ( Savor Management Group) is in over 40 different countries) and irving convention center i think is owned by the city of irving!
