isoldit of Granger IN Ebay seller isoldit.in034; Sold unrepairable product (that had been replaced by manufact.) on Ebay as perfect working condition Granger , Indiana

I bought a Keurig Model B60 on Ebay from "isoldit.in034".  It was advertised as fully working.  I brought it to a vacant beach house and checked that it worked; it did at the time.  However, now I go back to use the house and Keurig and it doesn't work at all.  A call to Keurig said that the machine (by Serial Number) had already been REPLACED due to not always working.  

Keurig tells the owner to throw the old defective item away--instead, this company listed it on ebay as fully functional and sold it to me--outright FRAUD.  I am out $73 and ebay is opening a report and investigation on this selller.  Since the problem was intermittent, and time passed, I cannot leave bad feedback for this company.

When I contacted the company they were not only rude to me, but boasted that ebay could care less, and they could care less if I was upset.  They ignored the FRAUD aspect of selling an damaged item that has been replaced by the manufacturer, and ignored the fact that the problem was intermittent by blaming me for not testing it enough.

I could not be more disgusted with this company and the total lack of ethics of the owner. AVOID THIS COMPANY at all costs--they are not a legitimate business and care nothing about customer satisfaction--or even legal FRAUD.
