This company is the biggest scams in the real estate market , they have a few empty apartments around the city they keep them emty all time to collect $100 from every person to apply for any of these apartments , so if 5 people comes for them a day easy for them to mak money with out to rent them out , so what happend to me like that , i apply for the apartment they took $100 from me and never called back , after 1 week i called them a soon they answer i start to give them my name , before even i finsh she tolled me im not eligible ! i asked why she start curse me over the phone and she hang up!
now i want to say some info about me :
1) i have a credit score of 734 from exprine credit report.
2) i make $ 93,000 a year .
3) i have 3 years job refrance .
4) i never have negative record in my credit history.
5) im backround from middle east. ( maybe thats why ? )
6) they made me lose anther apartment !
7) even lets say im not qualify they have in there application a co signer.!

We are a real estate management company that has been in business for over 35 years in New York City. We list apartments we currently have available for rent on our web site, Issembertco.com. We charge a non-refundable application fee, which is standard practice in the industry and covers our expense for the credit check and for checking references. We have a list of requirements to qualify listed on our web site. The listing of apartments changes monthly, even daily. If we have multiple applications we choose the strongest applicant. We do not hold back on renting the apartments to make money from the application fee - that would not be in our best interests. We insist our tenants meet the qualifications on our web site which keeps a safe tenancy and secures that our product stays rented.
