ITALK WIRELESS AMIR BASHIE Scam Artist Schaumburg, Illinois

This company is terrible. Amir has withheld months of commissions checks from me. totaling almost $2500.  everything sold in his stores are way overpriced and are of very cheap quality.  on top of that you will be charged another $2.50 PER LINE ITEM on everything you buy for a "green fee" aka money going straight to Amirs pockets which he as told me himself is used to go out to the bars with the higher ups in the company.  He tells customers and instructs all his employees to inform customers that this is a "tax" and nothing can be done about it.

Half there stores have about 5 phones instock.  He claims that the vendors only give him a certain amount but the truth is hes going broke.  I have talked to owners of other indirects and they all know this to be true.  Also they have plenty of stock so limiting his stock is false and a lie to cover up the fact that hes losing money by the day and his stores will not be open for very much longer.  The 2 other owners Brad Church and Andrew Guizar have realised this and both have left the failing company and Amir.   

They would probably have more money for inventory if the under qualifed "dms" didnt drive around in 2011 ford fusions.  

There return policy is ridiculous and unethical.  75$ to return and iphone with restock fee... $35 ANYWHERE else you go.  Having worked for now my 3rd dealer i can say italk is the most shady company i have worked for.  I have no doubt in my mind Amir will be out of business very soon and neither does the owner of my current indirect dealer.  obviously these guys are scam artist and are very good at nickle and diming all there employees.  Go into any of there locations and ask a rep whens the last time he got paid commission and i guarantee it has not been since the beggining of summer. 

His goals for stores and employees are set up that you wont get paid out individually unless the company hits a group goal... who does that... NO ONE he is simply pocketing thousands of dollars every month in money that should be getting paid out to the reps who work 10am-8pm shifts.  The entire company did not hit the goal one time in the 6months about i was there.  Personally I lost out on about $2500 bc of personal goals and store goals that i hit but once again did not get paid because THE ENTIRE COMPANY(14 store) did not hit a "group" goal.

This company is going no where fast believe me.  If your making under $10 as a rep you are being screwed.  Every other Verizon Dealer i kno of in the chicagoland and surrounding cities starts reps at $10.  My employees were making about $8.50 with no commissions.  You might as well work at home depot for $11.00 and not have to deal with all the angry backlash from customers being screwed outa money in some way shape or form.
