I ordered a wedding band for my soon to be from the website at the end of March and was informed it would be shipped in 7-10 business days. The estimated date was April 2. Well When tracking my order, the status sat in "shipping label created" for a couple of days so I called to see why it had not been shipped.

The ring was shipped the next day. I received the ring and noticed it did not look like the one I ordered. I called and spoke to a rep who stated that the ring I ordered was not in stock which is why I received the wrong one. Ok so you just send out whatever when something is not in stock? (At the time the order was placed, there was 1 in stock)

Anyway, I was informed that they had to have the ring I actually ordered restocked and it would take another 2-3 weeks. OK, sent the wrong ring back to them and 3 weeks later I still had not heard anything, so I called them once again. This time I was advised that their jewerly is manufactured overseas and that it would actually take 4-6 weeks for them to receive it in New York but that they had expidited my order and it would be here in another 2 weeks and when they received it they would overnight it to me. I asked for a date and was told that they would have it in stock by May 14th. (yesterday)

I sent an email yesterday asking about the ring and got no response so I called today and was treated HORRIBLY. Jennifer (the supervisor) said they couldn't give me a date as to when it would be received in New York, mind you I've been getting the run around for almost TWO MONTHS now.

Not to mention the "supervisor" would not let me get a word in AND hung up on me three times! She was basically telling me either cancel the order or call us back next week, and kept repeating there was nothing that could be done about it. She would not give me her bosses information to file a complaint. I ultimately chose to cancel because the run around I've received seemed like I would never get the ring I ordered.

I have read several complaints and one that seems to almost exactly mirror mine on the Better Business Bureau. It's so very heartwrenching to see that others have been treated the same way.

I am supposed to get married in two weeks and now have no wedding band for my husband to be. This is supposed to be one of the happiest times of my life and these people have managed to ruin it for me and my husband. I honestly do not see how this place is still is business. They seem to be very fraudulant.

There was a production delay but customer was refunded

AUTHOR: Mike R - (USA)

POSTED: Friday, June 05, 2015

This is a trio set (three rings). We are sorry, there was a production delay and I do see there was communication with the customer and customer indicated (we have an email from the customer) not to cancel the order, willing to wait for the rings. As of today the full refund was issued on the order. We have been in jewelry business for over 10 years, nobody would be scamming the customer and trying to take $500, had the customer told us that they would like to cancel the order and receive the refund it would have been done right away.
