With all due respect: when you take the item to appraiser (gemological lab), appraiser DOES NOT TELL YOU, he/she gives you the APPRAISAL REPORT which states the diamonds are real or not. If "appraiser" just told you without putting his words on the paper (appraisal report) with his full name, address, company name and signature then he is either not a real appraiser or he is lying to you. Always get the report, this way the appraiser or jeweler who told you wrong information can be taken to court, if he just "tells" you something he/she bears absolutely no responsibility for his words.

All watches and other jewelry if stated that it contains real diamonds - contains real diamonds. Unfortunately a lot of jewelers will badmouth the product in order to sell their own or are not qualified enough to even test for real diamonds and we have to deal with it on a daily basis.
