I signed up for a "Free Trial" supposedly with Ivory White, as a part of a series of surveys that I had to fill out for something else. The cost was $1.00 for shipping and handling, and I was entered into a 7-day free, use before you buy trial with them. About a week later, I received the product in the mail, it was a tooth whitening kit, and some kind of berry dietary supplement pills. The next day, I check my account, and see that they have taken almost $80 from me for this junk, that I did not need. So, I call them, and ask what is happening, and am told that my trial had expired and I was charged for the full price of the product!! Eighty dollars?? For tooth whitening and some diet pills?? REALLY?? Ouch, that is extreme, and I was informed that the product cannot be returned for a refund after the trial period had expired.... I never got to try out the product at all, because the trial period was SO short, that by the time the mail arrived, it was expired!! Stay away from this company, they sell a horribly overpriced product, and don't be fooled by the word FREE like I was, it is NOT FREE, it is $78.41, and there is NO REFUNDS once they have your money!!

14 Days??

AUTHOR: zlloyd - (USA)

POSTED: Sunday, November 18, 2012

Did you say 14 days?? Because my trial only lasted 7 days, and they charged me.... I thought that was a little short, being that you had to wait almost that long before the product arrived in the postal mail, but that is what it was. Almost the same day that the so called "trial product" arrived in the mail, they had already charged my account $78.41, and when I called they said the product was non0refundable once the trial period was ended. I didn't have anywhere near 14 days to cancel, they were into me in a week's time!!

Also, I stand by my initial claim that they sell highly overpriced goods, I mean 78 bucks for tooth whitener, and you say that is some kind of discount??!! You can just buy a tube of Topol, for $3.00, and get basically the same thing. I know, my father smoked his whole life, and had MAD Topol, and it worked like bleach for his teeth. Even smoking like a chimney, which he DID, his teeth were white, and healthy looking, always. Anyway, even if it was a short trial, I could have accepted that had it not been 80 dollars for that junk they mailed me, and that wasn't even free shipping, the mailing was an extra 4 or 5 dollars too.... COME ON
