got this letter from eric aycock  all washers in units  # 101 thru 126 must remove by the end of business on friday  nov.30 2012. its not the washers falt. its because of  ( DRY ROT )i need my washer i have 4 kids and a grandson.

Washers have not been removed

There was a board meeting at the Ivy Terrace on Nov. 20th in regards to the notice that was received by tenants, removing the washing machines.  A resolution came about and tenants were able to keep the washing machines with a couple of stipulations.  One being that the maintenance crew was to install the machines and we installing a "catch all" under the washers to protect the floors from leaks.  They can also do unit inspections to make sure the machines are in good working order and condition.

In regards to new tenants, I do not know if they will be allowing the washers or if only the tenants that were already in the apartments were just grandfathered.

I have heard that one new tenant was told she can not have a washing machine. - But that is only hear-say!
