We contacted this comany through another company: "BH Marketing Solutions" we were trying to sell our timeshare and couldn't find anyone, after a few negotiations BH outsourced to "J and J closing services" in order to smooth out details and obviously give closure to the deal. J&J sent us a contract which guaranteed the payment and refund for all transactions, we signed and agreed, J&J sent us every week emails stating we should cover different expenses (i.e.  taxes, handling, commision and penalties) each from supposedly different employee but still we paid them around $20,900 USD. After the last payment, the company wouldn't answer the phone and no emails were received afterwards, even though they sent us a 24hr refund guarantee. They still don't answer their phone and we've got no emails from them ever since.

They did exactly the same fraud to me

AUTHOR: Joaquin - ()

POSTED: Monday, July 29, 2013

This Company "JandJ closingservices"  based in Austin Texas did the same thing to me , they also contacted me first trough a company named BHmarketing based in Richmond Virginia. I sent money in advance and never paid back the money for the sale of the time share vacation unit. They used a bank in Mexico to complete the fraud, the last time I could talk to them was on july 16.

Timeshare Resale Scams

AUTHOR: SBrittany - ()

POSTED: Saturday, July 20, 2013

Sadly but truth, there is virtually no resale market for timeshare anymore. The market has collapsed and the stark truth is most timeshare is worthless. Ebay is full of timeshare weeks unsold for only $1. The sellers would of course be quite happy to sell for eve less just to rid themselves of timeshare, so, what would anyone believe on someone that calls and claims there's a "prospect buyer" for your timeshare? It's just too good to be true... I recommend you to call Mexican Timeshare Solutions and ask for a free advice on what you can do now
