j & s used engines returned a transmission for a refund and never received credit back to crdeit card after waiting 31 days houston Texas

 I saw this company on internet looking for a good used transmission. Received email stating he had a nice clean transmission and it will be steam cleaned .                                                                                       

But i live in the city where he operates so i went and paid him 602.95 with debit card and he recommened it be done at his shop with Henry who used to work at Beck and Masters .  Paid henry 425.00                                                                                                                                                         

When ipicked up car it was barely driveable.                                                                                          

Took car to Joe Myers Ford for evaluation and got some things done along with others mechanics which totaling another 1000.00.   But the final analysis was the transmission was bad.  Long story short.  On 30 April 2013 which is 6 months later i returned transmission to him. He gave me a computer printout with refunded stamped on it but no merchant receipt.  It is now  jun 1 2013 and still no refund to card. He has been telling me it will take up to 30 days to get refund.  So now he has my old transmission and the one i bought from him and also my 602.95 from my card. And he is telling me i want something for free .  Also everyone needs to know he is not at jensen drive any more he is located in a little hideaway 12826 hempstead rd houston texas 77092 with a great big dog in office and you cant go in front door because he says its broken. you have to go in through a side door. This just started a few months ago. And thats because a lot of people or mad at him.
