My university confirmed a 2:2 was the equivalent of a US B, which is a min 3.0.....wasted my time and money and still refused to adjust it correctly. In fact, upon complaining and 2 months later following exhaustive phone calls and e mails to the UK institution they reduced the gpa even further from a 2.79, to a 2.71 down to a 2.63......to make matters worse, they equated a post graduate degree i did, to one years undergraduate study, because it was in a different field to my first degree...seriously! You have to have a degree to qualify for to study for a post graduate, hence the name.....i suppose the 30 years experience wasn't in foreign credentials!! Use these people at your own risk.....i am now down $500, and 2 months of pointless complaints. These people have no integrity,dislike been questioned, will not change their subjective opinions despite all evidence to the contary.

My advice, based on experience of dealing with them is to stay well away.....i suppose i had better inform my university that they should issue me a new degree in line with J silny's expertise, and accordingly, any us institution should now tell their students that a B is actually worth only a 2.63 GPA
