This report is simply not true. Our Hyaluronic Acid products are 99% HA and 1% Leucidal, which is an organic preservative from radishes. We have been selling the same product, which we manufacture, to happy customers for years. It is unfortunate that this person experienced some sort of reaction, but that has nothing to do with the purity of our product. Nor is it a certainty that our product had anything to do with this reaction at all.

Equally confusing is the complaint about the lack of communication on our part. We are very easy to reach by phone, text or email. And we take pride in being responsive.

There is very little defence and honest business can make when someone posts a review like this. All we can do is work hard to make our products are safe and honestly described. Even though it has been years since this person made the report, we would still be happy to refund his money, if he can provide details about the original sale.
