I don't know why I even bothered but once again, I went into this Jack In The box in a feeble attempt to have a meal with no hiccups. I walked up to the counter and ordered a Jumbo Jack Combo. I ordered it with my coupon for 2 free tacos from their LAST mess up. I took immediate notice that it is hotter inside this store than it is outside. I asked the Cashier if someone turned on the HEAT. she said: "well the temperature goes up and down all the time in here." I sat down and waited a few minutes. My number was called and I went up to get my meal. I sat down and saw that I had a reciept showing my Jumbo Jack Combo. On my tray was some other type of sandwich with chicken. I took it back up to the counter. I handed the cashier my reciept and the sandwich I received without saying anything. The Cashier, told the person in the drive through area that she was supposed to do something proceddurally with this order and asked why she didn't do it and how now "this man's" order got messed up. at this time I noticed that my fries were forgotten too. that same Manager as before, the older female Hispanic lady came out. I said "Why is it do hot in here?" I told her "someone gave me the wrong sandwich and also forgot my fries and it's hotter in here than it is outside in here. What's going on? She just stood there and smiled at me like she is as happy as hell, like some kind of retard. SERIOUSLY, I AM NOT MAKING ANY OF THIS UP. Then some other lady came up and asked where her chicken sandwich is. She said she got (THIS) which was the burger I was supposed to get. So the Manager handed her the sandwich I returned and took and handed me the burger that the lady brought back. I said, "Escuse me Ma'am, I need a new hamburger. I don't know where in the hell this lady has been with it other than the 1982 Caddillac El Dorado out in the parking lot. (Turning to the lady and saying: "No offense, Ma'am) the lady said: "It's coo". So this lady gave me another free two tacos coupon. Sigh! she said I would have to wait for the fries that they had forgotten. I ate the hamburger even though it was a tempurature somewhere between what it is outside and what it is in the store. After 15 minutes, I finished my meal. I said: You can keep the fries that you still never gave me.
