As other's have posted about Jack, a similar situation happened to me.

I have been using Jack, at Monet Il Sarto in Bankok for suits since 2005.   I have referred him to my friends and family, who travel to Thailand yearly, and done a lot of business with Jack over the years.

I got married last summer and ordered custom tuxedos for myself and wedding party from Jack.  The total cost was 2200 CDN.  

I ordered, and paid for everything in April, and my wedding was in August.

He supposedly shipped everything by mid-may, giving plent of time for my August wedding.

They never arrived.  I kept emailing, and emailing closer to the day.  Jack would never respond.  Finally i started calling,  and he told me they were shipped and would send me the Bill of Ladings and shipment number so i could contact canadian customs. 

He never sent that.

The week before my wedding i had to go out at the last minute and rent tuxedos at my own addition cost.

The funny thing is, all of my wedding party, some of which had used Jack as well, would have used him for future ventures.   

Jack completely threw away that business.

It almost ending up ruining my wedding.

Do not order from Jack.   What type of person would do such a thing to a man on wedding?
