I received a phone call on my home phone, I live in FL, from a man claiming he works for US Customs at Miami International Airport by the name of Officer Jack Summers. He informed me that I won a sweepstakes from Publishers International out of Las Vegas, in the amount of $450,000 and gave me his info, PI number sweepstakes info with a claim #. To claim my money I just needed to call Lloyds of London out of NYC at 212-845-9408 and speak to a Michael Foster to pay a refundable insurance policy in the amount of $1,400 to deliver my envelope with my winnings to me. Sent email to President at LLOYDS of London that people are using their Company name to get money out of people involving a scam. I received a phone call on my home phone, I live in FL, from a man claiming he works for US Customs at Miami International Airport by the name of Officer Jack Summers. He informed me that I won a sweepstakes from Publishers International out of Las Vegas, in the amount of $450,000 and gave me his info, PI number sweepstakes info with a claim # in which he used the letters F-Fancy, T-Tomato, P-Potato (his words) in the claim #. To claim my money I just needed to call Lloyds of London out of NYC at 212-845-9408 and speak to a Michael Foster to pay a refundable insurance policy in the amount of $1,400 to deliver my envelope with my winnings to my City and then to Fed Ex to deliver it to my house.

Llyods of London has no Michael Foster that works there and their Legal Dept has filed a claim with the FCC and US Postal Service. Also contacted the US Customs at Miami International Airport at the contact information listed online, not by the info Mr. Summers gave me, and spoke with an Officer there who stated this is a Scam. Researched Publishers International and there is no such place in Las Vegas and not contacting the 702-906-0996 number Mr Summers gave me for them for that is a scammer as well. Mr. Summers has called me back 3 times today trying to get me to claim my winnings and I explained to him that I have filed a Police Report, Filed with the FCC, and US Post Office and I knew he was a scammer. He was very diligent in telling me he was real but asked questions on why I though this was fake, that the IRS would be handing me the monet AFTER paying taxes on it, and then cussed at me. I hung up and he called back and left a message on my answering machine that I was more then welcome to come to the Airport and pick up my winnings at the same address for the Airport I contacted that told me this was a scam.
