We hired these contractors in late February 2014 to remodel our home. We started noticing mistakes right away, like paint splotches on the ceilings and trim, but they said not to worry, that they would fix it. I started worrying when I saw the doggy door they installed was crooked and wasn't framed in correctly. It wasn't until we had to release them in early May and hire a new contractor that we found out all the real problems.
They didn't completely waterproof our new shower, and my guest bathtub drains didn't line up. Also, there was no support (at all) under the new bathtub. They didn't put p-traps in the plumbing for either bathroom, and they left my tile floor unfinished and ungrouted for weeks. The grout lines for the shower tile didn't match up.
We paid them $19,500 for the remodel, and they never finished doing the work and most of what they did do was inferior, and had to be redone by another contractor. They did give us $1000, but they owe us over $7000. We will never use them again or recommend them to anyone.

Remodel went wrong for us - unfinished tile floor, no support under bathtub, unfinished interior painting, doggy door disaster, there were so many things that went wrong. We paid them $19,500 and asked for the money back that they owed us for the unfinished and unsatisfactory work, in the amount of $ 7,413.41. We had to take them to court and met with a mediator. They didn't want to pay us much over $ 1,100, but finally agreed to give us $ 3,230.15 ( the same amount we agreed to settle for almost a year ago to get this behind us). We will see if they pay us what they owe us in the coming months. I'm glad this is almost over.
