Jackson Hewitt CON ARTISTS ripoff Austin Texas

My story is a lot like others I've seen posted on the internet. They charged me almost $300 and didn't send the file on time. Now I'm dealing with penalties WITH INTEREST and nothing but excuses that don't solve the problem.

I tried to contact the regional manager and even the president Mike Lister - no response. I was trying to get their headquarters to look into the Austin airport office thinking it might help them clean up their act. It seems all you need is the money to start a franchise and you can have a JH store. They don't care either. Apparently they're individually owned, so I can't speak for any other location, but I've learned my lesson and wanted to spread the word - DON'T USE JACKSON HEWITT, THEY SCREW UP SIMPLE RETURNS!!
