Jacobs Trading Company Jacobs Trading Company Sells RETURN GOODS and Represents them as new Hopkins, Minnesota

Jacobs Trading Company - aka Web's Best Deals - sells their inventory on Amazon.com and represents the items as NEW.  They are NOT.  If you look on thier web site they clearly are in the business of buying returns.  I purchased a Espressione coffee maker on Amazon.com thinking it would be new.  When it arrived, the display box had tape all over it that someone clearly had gone thru it.  It did not look right so when I investigated them I found out that they buy returns from companies and sell the units off. 

Also the manufacturer said they will not give the warranty on these purchases as they are not an authorized reseller.  Warranty is to original purchaser of unit and not the 2nd or 3rd person to have it.  Webs Best Deals does not tell you this when you buy. 

They discount the unit so you think you are getting a great deal, but you are getting someone elses purchase that they did not line and sent back.

Then after you advise them, they come up with reason not to refund you. 

Make sure that you realize you will not be getting a new unit when you buy from them. 

They also go under the parent name of Jacobs Trading Company and use Webs Best Deals as a beard so nobody will realize who they are.

Be very wary of Jacobs Trading and Webs Best Deals.  They are a RIPOFF!!
