 I regret that I have not search this site before making a deal with these cons. Apparently I am not the first victim of their spam. He gave an estimate over the phone, he sounds very sincere, he says the right words and in very convincing manner, but in reality it is just a play. They insisted they needed a deposit $500 for $1300 job. Being naive I provided it. They showed up twice in a week barely starting a patio project, just brought some sand, little portion of what was needed. Then he called and said they will not finish a job because of low estimate. Again, he sounds very sincere, polite and apologetic. I agreed to increase the sum. They never showed up anyway. When I called he promised to send a letter to me and to return my $500, apologizing again. Never got any letters from him, and no money ofcourse. Be aware, from the copy of licence they provided his name is Constantini John V, calls himself Budd, he has a young assosiate Andy.
