Jafrum International Jafrum - Absolutely Poor Service & Followup Charlotte North Carolina

 Jafrum International has to date cost me about $23 in shipping and return fees. I initially placed an order for a motorcycle helmet, sissy bar bag, etc. My order sat in pending status for days. Upon being shipped, I was sent a defective motorcycle bag. During that period I also ordered a second motorcycle helmet and was charged $8.95 for shipping. They sent the wrong helmet which didn't match the helmet in my first order. I ended up sending back the defective bag and incorrect helmet. Returned items were signed for at 10:00AM on 8/11. It has now been 7 business days and 9 days total. Still, no credit or replaced items. I have placed numerous calls during this order fiasco, cases were opened, calls made, told there were no supervisors available. Even got an H1B individual from India with an attitude problem! To date I have a bungee net and a mismatched motorcycle helmet and out $23 in shipping fees ! To anyone wishing to use Jafrum, I'd suggest taking your business elsewhere! Nothing but piss poor service and attitude problems! Guess I'll file a dispute with the bank. Even wanted to post a complaint on the Charlotte BBB, that's even an issue. Buyer beware!
