I have a lien on his personal residence property registered with Pasco County and the State of Florida.
He has refused to pay the judgment . With interest accruing at 6% per year he now owes me $4000.00+.
He has had multiple lawsuits filed against him for similar negligence before. I am the only person to prevail against him.
I caution anyone against doing business with this person. Do so at your peril!
